Privacy Policy
Lubbock Fence Install is a referral website operated by The Gadget Aid, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers the information we collect through lubbockfenceinstall.com, what we do with it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
The request form collects:
- your name
- your phone number
- your town
- the type of fence work you choose
- how soon you need it
- any details you type in the optional note
- your consent to share the request, and when you sent it
We don't ask for payment details, and the site is not meant for children.
Phone. This site doesn't have a phone number yet. If we add one, we'll update this policy to explain what call information is kept and why.
Information collected automatically
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn't set cookies or follow you to other websites. Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
How we use and share your request
- One fence company. When you check the consent box, we send your request to one independent local fence company so it can contact you about the work. That company may call you about your request.
- Our service providers. An email delivery service carries form submissions for us. It handles them only to deliver them.
- Records. We keep a copy of each request so we can confirm referrals and answer questions or complaints.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share your request with anyone other than the one company it goes to and the providers above. We don't send you texts or marketing messages. Once the fence company has your request, its own privacy practices govern what it does with it.
How long we keep it
We keep request records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to pass along future requests. Email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. That inbox is ours, not the fence company's. To have the fence company delete your details too, contact it directly.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date.
